Randoms

Out scouting locations for a project, i will shoot what i call randoms. Certainly not " THE PICTURE", just something which catches my eye. Here are a few while searching for a house. Before my neighbours start to party ( i buy camera equipment instead of laying my lawn), I'm not moving. More about the houses later.

 

Aoife & Eamonn

Last week i had the pleasure of shooting at my cousin's wedding.

I had just bought a new lens & since i was shooting from the balcony, it was the perfect place to test it's capabilities.

Noir

Over the weekend i did a photo shoot with a friend of mine called Eugene, who is an amazing animator. We went with a film noir look, which is not too surprising as Eugene had created a graphic novel character, called Bob Beaver. Bob an actual beaver was, a tough detective who put things right in the big city. All guns are fake!

If was a very enjoyable shoot & at times was hard to keep a stright face, as can be seen in some of the photos.

Managed to get a shot of Elaine who spent most of the time helping out in the background, thank you so much. But as you can see it took a little convincing.

Graham & Mary

Just a few shoots of Graham & Mary's wedding from a while back. They were so nice & happy, that it really was a blast doing second shooter. So a big thank you.

Fun shoot.

I really had fun photographing this young man. We arranged to meet up at midday, not the best time of day for photography. March in Ireland is not known for brilliant weather, so while i was a little concerned about the time, i hoped for a dull sky. You guessed it, a truly beautiful day.

The conditions would make it a tough shoot. However this is what i think makes photography so great. If it was easy, we would be all  striving at something else.
